As I was surfing the Internet one night, I surfed into a web-site of a 13 year old boy. My heart was so touched and as I read his pages, his faith was truly an inspiration and the Lord put upon my heart that this was a special boy and had the spirit of a Daniel. This poem came flowing out of my heart. The grandmother later wrote that they had known he had a calling on his life and that this poem from the Lord was confirmation. MY DANIEL - FIGHTING LIONS OF A DIFFERENT KIND

My precious son whose heart is so big and overflowing.
Your love for me comes through glowing and glowing.

No fear as you declare to take your stand.
My leading for you will be with a strong hand.

My wait for maturity usually takes years.
But My Child your love of God will save you many a tear.

My brave warrior many a Goliath you will fight.
You will send the enemy quickly to flight.

As I protected Daniel in the lions den,
My son you will also be protected because of your belief within.

The angels smile with delight as I send an assignment your way,
For they know you will teach this person how to sincerely pray.

My warrior you shine so bright among many beaten down souls.
Your anointing from the Father is clearly beginning to unfold.

I have many ready for you to touch.
Their needs are great and I desire for your to pray for them very much.

As your battle to beat down the enemy begins,
Stay pure My son and stay clear from every sin.

You are my bright star that stands out among many.
The Blessings poured out for you will certainly be plenty.

I am well pleased with you My Child
What you've experienced so far can only be described as mild.

The Heavens are open for you
God's Glory will cover you in all that you do.

Keep your hand in mine
As you taste of God's New Wine.

The Rivers of Living Water will from you flow.
As your face will be the reflection of Jesus and show up as a glow.

I am proud of you My Son
Together with me, many souls will be won.
